To make a booking, a 50% deposit is payable either via this website, by a PayPal  invoice which we will send you. (PayPal accepts credit and debit card payments securely – you don’t need a PayPal account.) Or by bank transfer to our French or Moroccan accounts.

The balance of  the payment is preferred in cash during your stay. If you wish to pay  the balance owing by PayPal or credit card , this payment (other than for your deposit) will incur a 4% surcharge. Cash payments, in dirhams, are required for local additional services such as transport, dinners, drinks, guides, porters and tips for our staff.

In case of cancellation on your part , for any reason , the deposit will be refunded as follows:

Cancellation over 30 days prior to reservation: 95% of deposit will be refunded.
30 – 15 days prior: 45% of deposit will be refunded.
14 days or less: deposit will be retained in full.

Once you confirm your reservation via e-mail, you implicitly agree that you have taken notice of above cancellation policy.
